AI Tools Tutorial
AI tools are apps that use artificial intelligence to help you write, code, design, research and organise your work.
Chat assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude can draft an email in seconds, explain a hard topic, fix a bug or summarise a long report. Other tools create images, edit videos, clean up audio or take notes in meetings.
Used well, these tools save hours every week. Used carelessly, they produce wrong facts, generic work and privacy problems. This tutorial teaches you to use them the practical way.

A Quick Example
The biggest skill with any AI tool is asking clearly. Compare a vague request with a clear one:
Example
Write a message to a client.Example
Write a short, polite WhatsApp message to a client named Mr. Imran.
Tell him his logo design will be ready on Thursday instead of Tuesday
because he asked for two extra colour versions. Keep it under 50 words. The second prompt gives the tool the audience, the facts, the tone and the length. The answer will be far more useful.
No Hype, Just Skills
AI tools change fast. New features and new names appear every few months. This tutorial focuses on skills that stay useful: describing tasks clearly, checking results, and knowing what not to share.
Exercise
Which prompt will usually get a better result from an AI tool?
