1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Workownix Education & IT Institute website (www.workownix.com) and enrolling in any of our courses or programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Enrollment & Admission

Enrollment is subject to availability and successful completion of the registration process. By submitting the enrollment form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. Workownix Education reserves the right to decline enrollment based on course capacity or eligibility criteria.

3. Fees & Payment

Course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment plan before the commencement of classes. Fees are non-transferable between students or courses. Any outstanding balance must be cleared before exam eligibility or certificate issuance.

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• A full refund (minus administrative charges) is available if cancellation is made before course commencement.
• No refund will be issued once classes have begun, except in exceptional circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Refund processing may take up to 15 business days from the date of approval.

5. Course Content & Schedule

Course schedules, content, and instructors may be subject to change without prior notice. Workownix Education will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant changes. Course materials provided are for personal educational use only and may not be redistributed or reproduced.

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct during classes, both online and onsite. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of institute policies may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, recordings, presentations, and materials provided by Workownix Education are the intellectual property of the institute. Students may not record, share, or distribute proprietary course content without explicit written permission.

8. Certificates & Examinations

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the course, including attendance requirements and passing examinations. The institute reserves the right to withhold certificates for outstanding fee payments or academic misconduct.

9. Limitation of Liability

Workownix Education & IT Institute shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the student for the specific course in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
